Shipping Method

• We exclusively use Royal Mail for all domestic shipments.

Domestic Shipping (UK)

• Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked: This service provides tracking and is typically delivered within 2 working days after dispatch.

Standard (0-2kg) - £3.50

Heavy (2-10kg) - £5.50

FREE for all orders over £45

• Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked: For an additional fee, this service provides tracking and is typically delivered within 1 working day after dispatch. This is the faster delivery option for urgent orders.

Express (0-2kg) - £4.50

Heavy Express (2-10kg) - £6.50

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and the shipping method chosen.

• The 24 Hour Tracked service incurs an additional cost, which will be clearly stated during checkout.

• All orders over £45 are eligible for free Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked shipping.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (if applicable) to track your parcel through the Royal Mail website.

Delays and Lost Items

• While we strive to ensure all deliveries are on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as high mail volumes or adverse weather conditions.

• If your order has not arrived within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will help track your package and resolve any issues.
